Important Issues
- Governor Wolf’s business closure orders are beyond his powers and unconstitutional. We believe he should resign or face impeachment by the General Assembly.
- Article 1 Section 20 of the Pennsylvania Constitution “Neither the Commonwealth nor any subdivision thereof shall deny to any person the enjoyment of any civil right, nor discriminate against any person in the exercise of any civil right.”
- Article VI Section 3 of the Pennsylvania Constitution provides the oath taken by Governor Wolf to assume office. “I do solemnly swear that I will support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity.”
- Article VI Section 6 of the Pennsylvania Constitution says “The Governor and all Civil Officers shall be liable to impeachment for any misbehavior in office, but judgment in such cases shall not extend further than to removal from office and disqualification to hold any office of trust or profit under this Commonwealth. The person accused, whether convicted or acquitted, shall nevertheless be liable to indictment, trial, judgment, and punishment according to the law.”
- Quarantine is for the sick.
- In the Pennsylvania constitution Title 28 Chapter 27 subchapter C you will find the laws on Quarantine and isolation. There are no provisions for the quarantine or isolation of people who are well. There is nothing allowing for the closure of businesses or schools. There are only provisions for quarantining those who are already infected or are known to have contact with those who are infected.
- Most mask wearing is unnecessary and useless in the prevention of the spread of respiratory illness. The CDC and the WHO have waffled back and forth on this issue so much so that they can no longer be trusted. Their aims seem to now be less consideration for the health and well being of citizens and more about politics.
- It is an egregious abuse of power to threaten business owners with the loss of their license if they do not obey the Governor’s orders to close their doors or limit occupancy or force their employees or customers to wear a mask.
- Laws need to be put into place to prevent the above from ever happening again.
- We support politically and financially the fights that are in progress and future fights for the above-mentioned issues.
The Second Amendment is a Constitutional right guaranteed to all United States citizens and we fully support it. We will fight to preserve your right to keep and bear arms.
The socialist movement must be stopped. America can never become a Socialist nation. We will fight against all radical ideas like free college for all, Medicare for all, reparations, the Green New Deal and guaranteed income. The United States must remain a capitalist nation. To embrace the radical socialist agenda is to walk a path like that of Venezuela.
